1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Enroll Ops AI platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an educational institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution to these Terms.

2. Platform Description

Enroll Ops AI provides an AI-driven enrollment operations platform for colleges and universities. The Platform includes modules for admissions management, student success, financial aid, career services, faculty support, enterprise partnerships, marketing, executive operations, and compliance management.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the Platform, you must create an account with a valid institutional email address or institution code. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your password meets our minimum security requirements

4. FERPA & Data Protection

The Platform is designed to comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). By using the Platform:

• You agree to use the Platform only for legitimate educational purposes
• You will not share student education records with unauthorized individuals
• You will comply with your institution's FERPA policies and procedures
• You acknowledge that all access to student records is logged for audit purposes
• Enroll Ops AI acts as a “school official” with a legitimate educational interest under FERPA

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of FERPA
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Upload malicious code, scripts, or content that could harm the Platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Use the Platform to discriminate against students or applicants
• Export or bulk-download student data except through authorized Platform features

6. AI Features & Limitations

The Platform includes AI-powered features such as lead scoring, risk assessment, and content generation. These features are designed to assist human decision-making, not replace it. AI-generated recommendations and scores should be reviewed by qualified staff before being acted upon. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated outputs and disclaim liability for decisions made solely based on AI recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Enroll Ops AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Your institutional data remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing Platform services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enroll Ops AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate access to the Platform with 30 days' written notice. We may immediately suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, particularly those involving unauthorized data access or FERPA violations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
